Answer: All our utensils are crafted from high-quality steel,  dishwasher safe and suitable for everyday use.

2.Can all images be in color?

Answer: Some of our utensils are engraved using a special engraver, resulting in black and white images. However, we offer factory-made utensils with colored images where we can only engrave names.

3.What age group are the utensils for?

Answer: We offer utensils in various sizes tailored for ages above 2, 3, and 5 years old.

4.Do you offer only children's utensils?

Answer: We also provide utensils for adults.

5.Can names be inscribed on the utensils?

Answer: Yes, the inscription of names is included in the price of the utensils.

6.Can custom projects be created for customers?

Answer: Yes, custom projects require an additional fee, which is discussed upon order placement.

7.Can they be washed in a dishwasher?

Answer: Yes, all utensils are dishwasher-safe. However, for longer durability, we recommend handwashing with a soft sponge.

8.How is payment made?

Answer: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, one of the top payments providers in the world.

9.Can payment be made in advance, and the utensils sent directly to the recipient as a gift?

Answer: Yes, you can pay in advance, and we'll send your order as a gift to the provided address.

10.Do you ship parcels abroad?

Answer: Yes, we do ship internationally.

11.How are the utensils packaged?

Answer: All utensils are sent in gift boxes tied with satin ribbons.

12.What is the production time for the utensils?

Answer: The standard production time for utensils is 1-2 business days.

13.What is the production time for a new project?

Answer: For a new project, the production time is five business days.
